Due to the customized nature of our products, including NFC standees and personal visiting cards, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders once the product has been made and dispatched.
- While we do not offer refunds for non-defective customized products, we do have the following exceptions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement of the product or a full refund if the product is found to be defective.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that is not as described or the wrong item is sent, we will provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.

- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will review the claim and proceed with either a replacement or refund.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, once the order is placed and production begins, no refunds are allowed under normal circumstances.
